All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made and information given but the www.utahdreams.com website cannot be held liable for any variation however caused. Any complaint or issue arising from subsequent bookings of the property remain the sole responsibility of the Agent. www.utahdreams com will not accept any liability or responsibility for any claims made by the Client in respect of the property, services or facilities provided therein.

The Agent will inform you of their terms and conditions in respect of any confirmed booking or payment received. www.utahdreams.com will not form any part of their terms and conditions or contracts and accepts no libility for any complaints or claims arising from them. However, www.utahdreams.com would be happy to receive any feedback either postive or negative regarding any compliment, complaint or issue relating to any property to enable us to ensure we advertise reputable properties on this website.

4. Any availability of the property shown on the website is for information only. The Property's availbility can change at any time and may not be reflected on the website . It is the responsibility of The Agent to confirm the availability to you.
